Nintendo Wii Fit mania, if you didn't know, is still raging while it helps people to either get fit or starts them off in the fitness arena. Whatever you think or have heard, the Wii Fit is huge, helpful and hip all in one.

Just in case you didn't know, the Wii Fit measures your BMI which stands for Body Mass Index, determining if your weight is consistent with your height. It then proceeds to tell you if you are overweight or not and if you are, your Wii Fit friend will then endeavor to help you lose those unwanted pounds or kilo's through exercise. That's how it works in a nutshell and boy, is it working with folk all over the world.

In America last month for example (May, 2008) the Wii Fit sold out all over the country - you could not get yourself a Wii Fit. On the day following it's release, in one state alone, by mid-day every single store had sold out of the Wii Fit! I read somewhere that one of those stores sold out just ten minutes after opening. That's a lot of Wii Fits.

Furthermore, can you believe that here in the UK the Nintendo Wii Fit has actually been on tour, running from the 18th of April to the 15th of June, 2008. It was shown in universities and shopping centers in various places like Bristol, Liverpool and Cardiff simply to get those who haven't ordered the Wii Fit to order one.

In conclusion, I can say that if you are one of those who are thinking and questioning yourself as to whether it would be right for you to buy the Wii Fit, then just look at the effect it's having on us.

If it's true that the proof is in the pudding then I can end with three words - folk love it.
